The Hebrew Letters
The Three-Level Matrix of Meaning

Each letter has its own "page" in this section, as in the pictorial index printed below. In each case, we start with the letter-meaning, with examples, as defined by the Matrix of Meaning. Next, where available, is a poster including a representation of that letter generated as a view of the Meru Foundation FIRST HANDHebrew Flame-Letter sculpture, both in a tetrahedral frame (Meru Foundation's original copyright design, which we call The Light in the Meeting Tent), and free-standing, with demonstrations of the posture used to view that letter. (A thumbnail in the index indicates that a poster is available.) Finally, any additional thoughts on each letter by Stan Tenen are included at the end of each letter's page.

Images on these pages, and on the letter-posters, are ©1986, 1995, and 1996 Stan Tenen and James Fournier. Body postures courtesy of Karen Ann Carty.

Hebrew letters printed in the thumbnails below are Meruba Ashurit Rabbinic Hebrew letters, generated entirely from Meru Foundation's copyright FIRST HAND Hebrew Flame-Letter vortex sculpture. This font is copyright to Stan Tenen.
